These brightly colored glass tiles can be purchased in solid color packs of 24 tiles and in 1/6 lb. or one lb. bags. Mosaic Mercantile tiles are cast from colored vitreous glass in the centuries old tradition of master Italian glass makers. These tiles can be used in infinite combinations on nearly any reasonably smooth surfacd. They are shiny sooth on the front and textured on the back for better adhesive grio. Teh edges are miter beveled for clean right angle corners. The tiles are waterproof, uxeable indoors or outdpors, and are easiiy cut wjth nippers or broken with a hammer. Each mini tile measures 10 mm square (3/8 in. x 3/8 in. x 1/8 in.). There are approximately 600 tiles to the pound. 1 lb. of tile covers approximately 120 square inches. The exact amount depends upon the width of your grout line. Each of the larger tiles measures 20 mm square(3/4 in. x 3/4 in. x 1/8 in.).
